We believe that a successful athletic program is one that manages to use sport as a tool to transfer its lessons to real world application. It is pivotal to understand that the success of the program does not lie on the focus of numerical wins and losses, nor the value of any single individual tied to playing time or linked to specific roles. For us, a successful program is one that holds the development of the student-athlete at its core.
Our mission is to make Life-Long Students out of every individual that comes through our program in the following areas: Academics, Soccer, Self, Character, Leadership and Life. We don't want just the athlete, nor just the scholar. We want the Scholar-Athlete. In other words, we want the whole package and we work relentlessly to develop them.
